That's completely fair and I should focus on one problem at a time lol! I know this is what we should be doing and it's being developed in very niche pockets currently but AI is still a bit of a buzzword or strictly referencing chatgpt. Leadership buy in and through the security & compliance red tape is probably where I'm struggling the most at the moment.
As I'm sure you're very aware, getting MOps resources can be tough as it is. Trying to do something of this magnitude off the side of your desk is tricky when you're also balancing so many other things and no one other than engineers understand it lol
totally! what one pain point that you could try solving with an AI workflow or agent? think automated account research, marketing messaging, etc. start with the challenge first and then figure out how you can automate with AI. prove some of the value and then go from there!
