I love your post, thank you for sharing! It's so spot on and complementary to what I just wrote. Your point about operations folks already doing the hard work AI implementation needs is 100% accurate - we know the process, data, and how to define "good enough" in business terms.
I think the "but I'm not technical" mindset shift is super important - with LLMs that can teach you coding, the possibilities opens up dramatically. And even though LLMs can teach coding, they can't necessarily teach you all the operational expertise ops folks have amassed over the years.
